Suellen has been delivering corporate training programs for over 20 years. In that time she’s worked directly with all-levels of participants from new joiners through the C-suite. Her specialty is in creating learning environments that engage and encourage participants for improved behaviors with lasting impact.
Professional Background
Suellen has worked with learners at a range of industries that include Aerospace (Boeing) Advertising (Davis, Harrison, Dion); Banking (Northern Trust, Harris Bank); Professional Services (PwC, Grant Thornton); Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare (Abbott Labs, Baxter International); Hospitals (University of Chicago Hospital, Loyola Medical Center, Rush University Medical Center) and Manufacturing (Sara Lee, United States Gypsum, AT&T, McDonald’s, Philips Lighting).
In addition to delivering corporate training programs, Suellen has had an extensive sales and marketing career. She began her sales career at PowerSuasion, Inc. in Chicago, a leading training and development firm specializing in theatre-based learning. Her abilities to find new business opportunities that translate into sales led her to become VP of Sales at a lead-generation firm – helping Fortune 1000 business find new business. She has also developed new business for product development firms and tech firms.
Education
Suellen attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham, majoring in Theatre. When she isn’t working with corporate learners, Suellen can be found on the stages of Chicago and on episodes of Chicago P.D. and numerous commercials and industrial films.
