With significant roles such as national spokesperson, sales trainer, marketing manager, and consultant at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, where he worked for over 19 years, and National Director of Strategic Growth and Branding at VanDyk Mortgage Corporation, Steve Richman has a wealth of experience. Since 2000, he has been a presenter, trainer, consultant at SNI. Steve’s expertise spans selling, communication, overcoming objections, marketing, social media, consumer trends, and more. Education

Steve holds a BA in Speech Communications from The University of Maryland and a law degree from The George Washington University Law School. He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar (out-of-state status). In addition to his formal education, Steve has taught public speaking at Towson University and negotiation for the Sellinger Business School’s MBA program. He has also been a guest lecturer at Columbia University’s Business School and presented on Capitol Hill. Steve is also a certified trainer in DiSC Behavioral Profiling and a Master Certified Negotiations Trainer​​​​.
