Monica uses her diverse experience as a retired professional athlete, as well as her success as a business owner, to offer unique and engaging keynotes, facilitate training programs, and coach her students. Her areas of expertise are negotiation, decision making, leadership, performance improvement, coaching, and sales.
Monica leverages her award-winning humor to educate, inspire, and engage audiences, by taking a light-hearted approach to serious topics, delivered in practical and relevant ways. This is why the thousands of people she has presented to, from organizations such as the NBA, NFL, and MLB, to FedEx and the National Institutes of Health, all find her so dynamic and keep asking her back.
In addition to her work as a keynote speaker, coach, and facilitator, Monica continues to support women in sports through her role as the VP of Diversity for the DC Divas Women’s Professional Tackle Football Team.
Monica currently lives in the Washington, DC area and loves to travel.
