Michael Roche

Senior Director of Business Development

Michael is the Senior Director, Business Development at SNI, where he primarily focuses on building and maintaining relationships with current and future clients. Michael utilizes a customized approach to identify pain points within organizations and align them with SNI training programs, Facilitators, and Keynote speakers to deliver stellar measurable results.  

Prior to this, Michael founded and served as the CEO of Shore Investments starting from June 2022. 

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Michael held the position of Vice President of Sales at Scotwork from July 2019 to April 2023. Michael played a crucial role in leading the sales team, acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and designing effective negotiation solutions. During their tenure, they achieved exceptional growth in new business and left the organization as the top producing sales leader of all time.

Michael also contributed significantly to AllenComm, where they held two roles. Michael served as the Senior Director of Business Development from August 2016 to January 2019, leading a team of Sales Development Representatives and generating new business. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Learning Solutions from August 2014 to August 2016, responsible for acquiring new projects, consulting with training executives, and ensuring the seamless development of courseware and SaaS technology.

Previously, Michael worked as the SVP of Sales at Global Strategic Management Institute from January 2010 to July 2014. Michael managed the sales team, devised sales strategies, and launched new programs and management training. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Informa Connect, a pharmaceutical and biotech training and event organization, from April 2002 to December 2009.

Education and Personal

Michael attended Norwich University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA degree in Criminal Justice and Philosophy.

Michael was born in New Jersey, lived in San Diego, and has traveled to over 35 countries. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and three kids.
