Dominik provides negotiation training and coaching, all over the world, in English, German, and Mandarin.
When he is not teaching negotiations, his other areas of focus are decision-making, communication, conflict and change, and modern leadership. His perspective comes not only from his working experience, but also from his global studies.
Dominik enjoys developing new concepts and trying out different ways to teach these concepts in a way that is effective, practical, and sticky. He has worked with a wide range of organizations such as Porsche, Vestas, Stepstone, Valeo, and Mennekes.
International Experience
Dominik currently resides in Germany. He has previously lived, studied, and worked in China, New Zealand, and various countries in Africa and throughout Europe. He is a certified Business Coach and Manager with a profound experience in different leadership roles. He held positions as general manager, project & department head, and consultant for international companies.
