Dear Ron:
It was indeed a pleasure to see you again last week in Houston. Your presentation was a huge hit--as I said, a grand slam. You really put this one over the wall, Ron. I deeply appreciate your level of preparation for the talk. It was clear to everyone in my organization that Ron Shapiro did his homework and that he understood our business. You clearly demonstrated with great verve that The Power of Nice® is a critical element in achieving The Power of One. Please accept my deepest appreciation for doing such a great job.
I am happy to report that feedback from the workshop on Wednesday was overwhelmingly positive. My people have been bitten by the Shapiro Negotiations bug, and it is exciting to watch. You will be pleased to know that we have already taken measures to make the Preparation Planner an integral part of our pre-sale preparations. The Power of Nice® will soon become the foundation of our sales culture.
Ron, I can not thank you enough for taking the time out of your busy schedule, especially during spring training, to come to our meeting. It is clear that you and the folks in your organization take great pride in delivering a high-quality product. You guys sure have a lot of fun, and you are very good at what you do.
We will be meeting soon to explore potential next steps and training modules for my organization. I have spent years teaching and training sales representatives and managers, and certainly there can never be enough quality training programs offered to the troops. The Power of Nice® is a great start for us, and I am optimistic that we will engage your services again.
Again, it was great seeing you, and the next time we get together will not be soon enough. One day we may just get some good quality time to chew the fat and compare life notes, and I would enthusiastically welcome the opportunity to do so. In the meantime, please accept my best wishes for you and your family, and for continued success in your endeavors.
Warm Regards,
Paul Sparrow
