I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased ConvaTec was with Jeff Cochran's performance at our December The Power of Nice® negotiating seminar. Jeff received glowing evaluations from the entire 20+ Senior Sales Management and Corporate National Accounts Team--not an easy task!
Not only did Jeff facilitate an excellent training session on negotiating skills; he did it with professionalism, creativity and humor. He captured our attention "right at the start" and held it throughout the two days. Jeff did his CVT homework well and gained the respect of his audience through CVT examples - he knew our issues and the team respected him for that. The bought-in on Jeff as an extension of our team.
We're planning to have Jeff back again in June 2002 to train our 30+ Regional Sales Managers and Care Consultants and we are also considering a follow-up program for the original group in 2002.
