I want to thank each of you for the excellent job you did at the recent Negotiations Seminar you conducted for several of our employees.
As you well know, the art of negotiating is not something taught during an eight-hour seminar. I believe the basic concepts that you shared with us, combined with some of the real-life negotiations you have been involved with, will enable us to immediately be more effective managers.
All in all, I think what we took away from the seminar will be valuable in every aspect of our lives. Personally, I have already strengthened my relationships at home by practicing some the techniques we discussed at the seminar.
