Ron Shapiro and Mark Jankowski founded Shapiro Negotiations Institute (SNI) in 1995. Based on the philosophy, "The Power of Nice", SNI's training approach has been shaped by its two founders. Mr. Shapiro and Mr. Jankowski are available for training events and keynote addresses as schedules permit.
