It takes a tremendous effort to organize and develop training programs when many workforces are spread out across the country and the globe. For this reason and to maximize the impact of training over the long-term, SNI now offers a variety of E-Learning reinforcement tools, including Live Webinars, On-Demand Courses, E-mail Reinforcement, and the DealCoach™ Newsletter. These modules are specifically designed to reinforce the core negotiations competencies covered in the standard and customized classroom programs.
SNI can conduct pre- and post-training surveys to measure the level of negotiations knowledge, skills, and results before and after attending an SNI program. The surveys are distributed and collected electronically, and are short and to the point. Your organization will be able to see the results clearly in a concise report provided by SNI.
